Qualification: Diploma/ Degree/ PG i.e. BBA or MBA or PGDBM in human resources

Experience: 0 i.e. fresher to 2 years in HR operation | No more than 2 year

Reporting structure:

- Functional: Senior Vice President

- Administrative: Senior Vice President

Employment type: Full-time

Date of onboarding: On or before 29th February 2024

Key responsibility/ result areas (KRA):
Support & facilitate recruitment of excellent staff
Should be able to develop the workplace as a premier employment destination
It is expected from him/ her to reduce employee turnover & attract top talent for the company.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
Training, counselling, and coaching our staff.
. Performing necessary administrative duties
Conducting performance and salary reviews
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
Creating clear and concise reports
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
Improve employee satisfaction & increase net promoter score
Deliver innovative ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
Function as liaison between the company and outside legal & professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
Ensuring implementation of employee friendly hiring to retiring rules, tools, methods, process, and policies

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Net employee promoter score on a quarterly basis
Reduction in attrition rate on a quarterly basis
Reduction in employee grievance level on a quarterly basis

Expected skills:
Must have a powerful sense of service to the company employees
Must be highly technology oriented
Must have knowledge of the human resource management systems
Must have proficient level of communication & negotiation skills
Must be able to manage internal & external business partners
Must be able to build professional relationships
Must be able to cope with professional job pressures related to employee satisfaction
Must be a quick decision maker
