• To do the reconciliation of PF and ESIC details.
• To take care of registration of branches in Shops and Establishment Act and its compliance.
• To be updated about the minimum wages and its implementation.
• To Laison with Government Authorities and Legal Consultants.
• Should be presentable. Should have good comm skills.

Essential Skills :

1. Regular MBA in HR
2. 2 to 3 years HR compliance handling experience, preferably in a sales organization.
