Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing:
Identify potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Screening:
Review resumes and. applications to shortlist candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Conducting Interviews:
Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Conduct face-to-face, video, or panel interviews alongside department managers.
Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Hiring:
Assist in making hiring decisions and preparing employment offers.
Communicate offers and provide feedback to candidates.
Onboarding:
Prepare onboarding materials and conduct new hire orientations.
Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Coordinate with other departments to set up necessary equipment and access.
Release Offer Letters:
Draft and send offer letters to selected candidates.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
Attendance Management:
Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.
Address attendance-related issues and enforce company policies.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve employee satisfaction.
Implement strategies to enhance workplace culture and morale.
General HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Familiarity with HR software and tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labour laws and best practices in HR management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
