We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management, with a passion for driving HR initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the organization.Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Facilitate. smooth onboarding and manage offboarding processes.
Address employee grievances and implement engagement initiatives.
Support performance management, conduct reviews, and assist in development plans.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports and analytics.
Contribute to HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and recommend improvements

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
