Job Description:

Sigma MRI & Diagnostic Centre is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Manage the recruitment and selection process

• Develop and implement performance management systems

• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws

• Develop and manage training and development programs

• Monitor and report on HR metrics

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

• MBA in HR or related field

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

• Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, performance management, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
