Position Summary
As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

• Eligibility Criteria: 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HRBP or in a similar capacity.
Responsibilities:
• Onboarding - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
• Offboarding - Coordinate offboarding processes including exit interviews, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Providing coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
• Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business goals
• Conducting regular meetings with managers and senior manager to review HR metrics and trends, and identify areas for improvement.
• Handling employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions to address concerns
• Ensuring compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations within the designated business units
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and help manage the impact on employees.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HRBP or in a similar capacity
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
