Key Responsibilities: Administer leaves and manage absences Organize and maintain employee records Process performance evaluation documentation and reports Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights Resolve HR-related issues efficiently Communicate with public services when necessary Enforce company policies to ensure employee safety Ensure compliance with labor and HR laws Review resumes and update hiring databases Assist in staffing and recruitment processes Plan and conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees Develop and recommend practices to foster positive employee relations Update job requirements and descriptions as needed Conduct exit interviews and provide data-driven recommendations Ensure legal compliance by monitoring HR laws and conducting investigations Organize HR training, seminars, and workshops as needed Experience: 10yrs to 12yrs Qualification: MBA- HR Requirements and Skills: Demonstrated work experience in a Senior HR Manager or equivalent role. Thorough understanding of labor legislation and its application in the workplace. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong leadership capabilities. Ability to cultivate positive employee relations within the organization.
