Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and support. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Recruitment & On boarding: Manage the recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and on boarding new hires. Ensure a smooth and welcoming on boarding experience.
HR Policies & Compliance: Administer and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labour laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating professional development opportunities. Support the implementation of training programs.
Performance Management: Support performance review processes, provide guidance on performance issues, and assist with goal setting and development plans.

HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and organizational development
