We are looking out for a dynamic and motivated HR professional with excellent knowledge of Human Resources. Below is the detailed job description. Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Conduct HR rounds for various positions. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth transition of new employees. Employee Relations: Serve as point of contact for employees concerns and issues. Conduct exit interviews and prepare feedback reports. Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution. Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance appraisals. Develop and track employee development plans and career progression. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update and implement HR Policies in compliance with legal requirements. Ensure adherence to Company Policies on a company wise level. Maintain various MIS for salary purpose. Assist the manager for salary creation. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilise HR metrics to inform decision making and improve HR Practices. Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities. Leadership and Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop, implement HR strategies that support business goals. Provide leadership to junior HR staff, fostering their professional growth and development. Documentation: Oversee employee documentation process. Maintain various trackers as per the process requirement. Communication: Coordinate & assist the manager for various HR activities. Effectively communicate with the team for various Employee Engagement activities. Coordinate for PF and ESIC with the vendor. Coordination with different team managers for various HR activities. Ensure effective interaction with the employees whenever required. Skills & Education: Master Degree or equivalent in Human Resources. A minimum 3-4 years of HR experience. Excellent communication and People Skills. Extensive knowledge of Job Portals. Self-motivation, able to work independently as well in a team. Pro-active and problem-solving attitude.
