• Support for employees/managers encountering difficulties, reporting difficulties following the reminder email.
• Outlook meeting with all employees
• Coordinate with employees who have not created their Time Sheet for the earlier week and support.
• Daily reminders to employees who have not initiated their Time Sheet, Follow-up of TS not created / draft / being revised each day
• Coordinate with managers for action on their employees regarding Time SheetIdentification of incomplete draft TS (hours < due hours) and employee reminders
• Identification of missing timesheets still to be created.
• Follow-up with employees by telephone.
• Validation of TS leave not validated by managers.
• Enter missing timesheets with a "void" project code before closing.
