• Implementing and Support Suppliers in SNC/ EDI
• Monitoring failed messages in SNC
• Training of new suppliers in SNC including maintaining up-to-date training material
• Training of planners in SNC processes and system including maintaining up-to-date training material
• Create new users in SNC (suppliers and planners) together with IT
• Maintain a network of local super users on each site using SNC (regular meetings).
• Second level support for SNC
• Contact to IT regarding errors / problems
• To extend our knowledge, some of the support activity to be carried out in ERP side in relation to cleansing the master data and work with BI team on the same.
