- Should be able to prepare test plan and scripts independently 
- Should have at least 5-10 End to End Implementation Experience on the above specific modules 
- Good Knowledge and hands on Negative & Positiv e Time Management 
- Good experience on SAP HCM Time and Payroll 
- Strong analytical and technical skills pertaining to trouble shooting and problem solving required 
- Proven experience in developing business blueprints and working with process diagra.
