- SAP HCM ITIL Certification is an added advantage. SAP HCM CONSULTANT HCM Functional Experience ( Relevant ) : 4 to 8 years 
- Should be good knowledge in Organizational Management, Personnel Administration and Time Management 
- At least 2 Implementation of experience implementing SAP HCM Payroll 
- Ability to develop functional and technical specifications required 
- Should have good knowledge on GDPR concepts 
- Should have pr ior experience on GDPR Project WRT SAP HCM
