- Good Knowledge and hands on Negative & Positive Time Management
- Good experience on SAP HCM Time and Payroll - Strong analytical and technical skills pertaining to trouble shooting and problem solving required
- At least 2 Implementation of experience implementing SAP HCM Payroll 
- Ability to develop functional and technical specifications required 
- Should have good knowledge on GDPR concepts 
- Should have prior experience on GDPR Project WRT SAP HCM 
- Should be able to prepare test plan and scripts independently 
- Should ha ve at least 2-3 End to End Implementation Experience on the above specific modules
