Minimum 4 End to End implementation in SAP HCM & Payroll (Preferable S4H experience or EHP 6.0 and above) 
Experience working on SuccessFactors integration with SAP HCM preferred 
Should have worked in at-least more than 3-4 support projects 
Profound experience in Schema, Function, Operations especially in PCRs with complex functions. 
SAP Payroll Configuration including but not limited to payroll wage types, features, schemas and rules, 3rd party payments, garnishments, tax reporter, etc).
