•Work with Customer Applications Lead to Support audit for SAP queries in SAP SD
•Validation & confirmation of effort estimation and solution provided by Service Providers in SAP SD
•Work with SAP Support teams & Business teams as needed to help resolve the support issues in SAP SD
•Periodic interactions with business stake holders for SAP SD Contribution to Projects
•Work with the Project Managers to identify the roles, responsibilities, deliverables and timelines for SD areas
