•Work with Customer Applications Lead to Suggest upgrades, patches and notes application in SAP SD
•Work with Customer Applications Lead to Support audit for SAP queries in SAP SD
•Validation & confirmation of effort estimation and solution provided by Service Providers in SAP SD
•Work with SAP Support teams & Business teams as needed to help resolve the support issues in SAP SD
•Periodic interactions with business stake holders for SAP SD Contribution to Projects
