•Periodic interactions with business stake holders for SAP SD Contribution to Projects
•Work with the Project Managers to identify the roles, responsibilities, deliverables and timelines for SD areas
•Conduct User Training, setting up the acceptance criteria assist in UAT and ensure & knowledge transfer from the Project team to Core User
•Data Migration, Master Creation / Upload using BDC / LSMW
•Cut Over and Go-Live with balance reconciliation.
•Handling post go-live tickets and closure of tickets as per the SLA in ITSM tool.
