• Responsible for configuring and supporting SAP MM along with integration with other modules like SD/FICO/PP/PS/QM
• Will be the SAP SPOC for Supporting SAP Materials Management and Extended warehouse management incidents, CR and Projects
• Will be responsible for Operational SLA, Project deliverables and Timelines
• Seek and clarify all necessary business inputs including reporting needs and provide technical specifications for enhancements, reports, layout-sets, etc.
• Work closely with Materials team and also with Accounts payables & Excise team to ensure smooth flow of business processes
• Help Process Owners to compile Business Process Documents (To-Be Processes) in line with business process flows in SAP, best business practices, help initiate sign-offs
• Train power users on business processes in SAP and prepare them for conducting integration tests.
• Having Experience in WM / EWM will be an added advantage
