Over-all experience with 3 - 6 years
Has capability to translate business requirements into design and then to development
Full life cycle project implementation and configuration experience
Should be able to assist the customers with business case for the development of the chosen option.
Should have very good communication skills
Proactive in identifying issues and coming out with solution
Should have worked in Support projects
Utilities industry experience preferred
