• Ensures with continuous personnel development self-monitoring that the skill requirements are met within team

• Globally supports other experts in scoping exercises, design, project and program planning
• Is responsible to apply global standards, policies and guidelines

• Write and maintain Training & Help Desk documentation within the IT Service Management for future reference
