Day to Day Responsibilities: -
• Review and accept incidents assigned, and in case of disagreement review with incident assignment team
• In case of accepting incidents and having the need of reassigning to a different tower, work with other tower leads
• Active incidents management and prevent aged incidents
• Triage incidents between Project IT, HP IT, TCS and SMEs
• Flagging recurring incidents and asking for root cause solution
