• Support Readiness: Proactively partner with Project Teams and Lead Support readiness engagement for new projects/functional implementations.
• Standardization & Documentation: Provide guidance to Vendor team on usage of accepted industry standard support processes and optimize staffing.
• Manage the relationship and monitor performance of information technology vendors contracted for the delivery of outsourced services, including assessing performance and establishing and monitoring service level agreements.
