• Work self-directed and independently may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
• Coordinate and communicate with business team to ensure that all incidents are resolved well in time ( as per agreed SLA ) and all Change Requests are delivered as per agreed timelines
• Ensure IT controls , GxP Process and documentation, Audit fulfilment and SOD conflicts
• Periodic Review of issues, communication with business, escalation to Management for any support
