- Ticketing & service requests management on FICO area
- Work on all FICO and integrated modules of SAP i.e. FICO, FA, SD, MM, PS, etc.
- Independently lead FI area projects for implementation
- FICO month and year-end activity i.e. Costing Run, posting period, master data, etc.
- Modify, enhance, and/or develop new functionality for business applications and interfaces (includes function modules, reports, data load programs, user exits, external applications, etc.) in FICO area
