Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for troubleshooting the SAP BASIS related issues.
• Overall responsible for maintenance of SAP database. Maintain uptime of SAP Applications.
• Health Check of SAP Applications.
• Back up of SAP Application and database.
• Logic setup, Specs making, Knowing Standard config, Business Functional Knowledge.
• Daily Basis related Activities (Application Size, Log Size)
• Coordination with Vendor for Support (External Vendors for Support)
