Role & Responsibilities

• Support/Help Desk Supporting IT setup for new processes
• Daily support of company s Group users
• Maintaining and safeguarding standard template
• Secure compliance of template with the Company s Global Process Model
• Support tickets within SLA
• Ensure proper solution is provided for the issues raised
• Provide timely support for the issues
• Month-end closing (MEC) support availability
• Projects Coordinating SAP user training with Subject Matter Experts
