Role & Responsibilities: • Analyse and resolve problem incidents and Service requests independently within the SLA Period in the MM module • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions • Expertise in MM processes & configuration: Purchasing, Inventory management • Z developments in the MM process • Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests, and system Integration tests • Web Portal functional activities • Knowledge in Interfaces: Idoc processing, AIF, API, RFC,PI interfaces • Preparation of Impact Analysis for new Z developments
