Job Description • Assures achieving the Service levels for the operation of the business application platforms • Should possess hands-on experience in handling Level3 SAP Basis Tickets with minimal support • Perform after hour maintenance and emergency on-call work as needed • 10+ years of work experience in SAP Basis • Deep Knowledge and Experience in SAP Core Components, preferably certified • Systematic and structured work behavior, Self Motivated and Driven • Strong English Communications skills and good problem-solving skills • Should possess strong ITIL framework knowledge, preferably certified
