• Lead SAP Internal lab team technically and work towards enhancing skills of internal BASIS team
• Assist and work towards different oppurtunities in BASIS with different customers
• Work with the internal SAP Support and Application Development team to optimize the performance of the SAP environment.
• Manage the SAP in house landscape and work with any off-shore development teams as needed to ensure the environment is stable and available for the business 24x7
