Skills and Requirements:

• Build Personas for existing roles
• Knowledge in SAP HR/HCM Security (not mandatory but helpful)
• Candidate should be able to create personas-based accesses.
• Proficient in IT SAP Access Audit – Internal Audit/ External Audit controls report running experience
• Ability to analyze project requirements and understand complex concepts.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
• Strong desire to learn new technologies, tools & processes.
• Strong communication skills. Needs to communicate effectively and proactively
