• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP and PM modules
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to meet business requirements
• Design, customize, configure and testing of PP and PM modules
• Provide timely resolution of incidents and delivery of service requests.
• Drive change requests and emergency changes
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
