• Experience in handling ChaRM for releases and service package upgrades
• Ability to work with process teams to resolve issues 
• Supports the SAP change control process, and coordinate and perform all daily activities
• Involved in Technical Cutover plan development
• At least 1 End to End build post steps knowledge of Solution Manager.
