• Generate top-shelf reports & analytics for various stakeholders of HR data, use data to create discovery models, generate insights and storyboards.
• Provide consultation to SAP HCM on HANA teams regarding HRIS capabilities Remediate HRIS issues including identification and correction of configuration
• Provide technical customer support to administrative and employee HRIS users, including the resolution of tickets and known issues
• Administer HRIS security roles and permissions for all users
