• Perform Early Watch analysis and apply recommendations.
• Participate in multi-landscape design solutions, architecture recommendations, and strategies for continuous improvement.
• Maintain multi-landscape environments through remote copies, system refreshes, and transport management monitoring.
• Perform Daily System Health Checks on all SAP systems and do general troubleshooting and diagnostics checks on technical aspects of the system.
• Setup of User Printers within SAP, as well as support the installation of Front-end Configure and Maintain Transport System Landscapes and operate Change Management Tools
• Setup and Configuration of Solution Manager Dashboards in order to monitor & administer the SAP systems.
• Provide Production Support on a periodic 24x7 support with on-call responsibilities
