• Follow System health checklists for all the applications.
• Adhere to the Application KPIs standardized and implemented in HP Tools.
• Timely preparation of Operations reporting and dashboard templates.
• Conduct Operations readiness testing as required
• Assist in other activities e.g. HA Failover testing, Backup/Restore testing.
• Suggest any improvements in the day-to-day duties and documentation which the resource is expected to follow
• SAP System administration activities.
• Perform independently SAP upgrade release update, system refresh
