- Architect for SAP Basis/HANA administration with 12 to 16 years of experience
- Experienced in HANA administration, MCOD/MCOS, Multitenancy and handling Hana upgrade projects
- Expert knowledge in High Availability and Disaster Recovery, Hands-on person with Azure skillset cloud as an architect level managing support infrastructure set up
- Manage and set the Governance for engagement
- Responsible to drive Customer success, coordinate and solve complex support activities that require in-depth analysis and takes ownership
- The role requires being responsible for Incident / Change / Escalation management and Relationship management with key stakeholders
- Responsible for Knowledge Transfer, Talent Development, Project management and Reporting
