- Should have working experience in configuration and customization of SAP ISU- CS and/or SAP CRM
- Should have knowledge is creation of Transaction Launchers, Navigation Bar configuration, View configuration, IC
- Web profile maintenance, Organization structure maintenance, Alert Modeler.
- Should have knowledge in FACT sheets and Interaction Center Scripts
- Should have functional knowledge of SAP Master Data, SAP ISU- Business Master Data and Technical Master Data
