- Very strong communication skills and habits, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts,
- Ability to quickly connect business requirements to the functional capabilities of an application 
- Desire to be hands-on and in the field, guiding implementations and teams in creating the best solution 
- Functional industry experience of at least two industries
