- Develop/Enhance FICO architecture by modeling, designing, developing, testing and implementing the appropriate back-end structures needed to meet business-reporting requirements.
- Provide operational support for the daily execution of the BI platform, including supporting data load monitoring, new solutions and enhancements as well as responding to user tickets.
- Responsible for analyzing new requirements from the business and perform thorough FIT-GAP analysis, deliver solutions to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting platform.
- Develop reports and structures via various tools: Query designer, Analysis for Office and SAC Stories.
