- Identify critical path and dependencies and communicate progress, articulate issues and status to Snr Management
- Lead discussions and workshops with business leads, IT Compliance and stakeholders, gathering requirements, 
- Ensure the SAP Security solution meets compliance requirements needs as well as evolving business needs
- Hands-on SAP Configuration and customizing
- Drawing up testing schedules and oversee the implementation of a new functionality
