5 to 10 years of SAP experience  5 to 10 Years of MM with minimum 3 End-End-To Implementations in On/Offboarding  Certified in MM Onboarding Management & Recruitment Module  Hands on experience in On/Offboarding Configuration and End to End Implementation  Having good knowledge in workflow and process of RCM - ONB - EC -Offboarding  Hands on experience in creating Panels, designing and mapping pdf forms, configuring New Hire Activities  Good Knowledge in On/Offboarding processes and its feasibilities and limitations.  Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements  Experience with User and Permissions sync between Bizx system to Onboarding  Experience with Corporate structure sync between EC and Onboarding modules  Ability to work in multiple projects same time  Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented  Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes  Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support  Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
