• Experience in Customizing of C4C solution in Sales, Service, Marketing, Social and integration.
• At least 1 full life cycle project implementation experience
• Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs
• Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
• Experience in Integration of 3rd party applications like Groupware ( Lotus Notes, Outlook ), SAP Jam, Snap Engage MindTouch etc.
