- Set the clear expectation to customer key users and manage customer requirements
- Communicate with different stakeholders to finalize the C4C solution in project phase
- Leverage SAP Cloud Methodology in Marketing / C4C project implementation
- Have good knowledge of Integration and work together with architects to define the project solution architecture
- Have good knowledge of customization/development and work together with technical consultant to define the project customization content
