• Should be aware of all statutory requirements for taxes ( Income Tax, PF, Form 16, Prof Tax, Labour welfare fund, ESIC etc)
• Should be aware of functionalities available in SAP cockpit
• Understand the Functional requirements of various HCM process
• To map the end user requirement with standard functionalities available in SAP
• Carry out configuration in SAP system to meet the end user requirements
• Understanding of the integration with various modules
