• Should be able to configure basic HCM settings
• Able to handle configurations of HCM (OM, PA, Time management, Payroll, Performance management & Travel modules) independently
• Map / define HR org elements , Key data structure, Master data to meet user requirement
• Understanding of the integration with various modules FI, CO, PS, PP in relation to HCM
• Write logic (Functional Specifications) for ABAP programming
