• Business knowledge of various HCM processes and be proficient in SAP configuration aspects.
• Should be able to work with the customer independently
• Develops, write and communicate technical/functional requirements and design documents
• Assess existing Client configuration against SAP best practices and industry standards
• GAP analysis for HCM business areas
• Knowledge of data migration and interface to third party vendors, SAP reporting, and Adhoc query etc.
