• At least 3 to 5 years of SuccessFactors / SAP HCM (On-premise) implementation experience or support experience.
• A minimum of 1 full cycle SuccessFactors project implementations.
• Strong SAP HCM know how.
• Exposure to SAP HCM implementation project / support assignments is desirable.
• Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems.
• Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner.
• Proven record in understanding application and business requirements and delivering results to stakeholders’ satisfaction.
• Self-Driven in understanding new topics, commitment in execution of assigned tasks.
