• Troubleshooting complex 3rd and 4th level issues reported by SAP partners via the web-based messaging system.
• Evaluating the impact of the reported issues on our client’s business
• Shift Timings : Day shift (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) / Mid shift ( 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)
• You will be required to work in shifts on need basis
• Liaising with Development Teams to identify bugs and missing product functionality
