- Should to have knowledge of Crystal Report on new creation and alteration of layouts and reports.
- Should be able to monitor and handle support on third party application integrated with SAP B1.
- To handle support call of end users on daily basis.
- Support on Functional areas in preparing process documentation, process mapping, add-on testing, user authorization, Edit UI, Training to end users 
- Support on Technical areas creation of new UDFs, UDTs, Formatted Search & Transaction Notification.
